About the Role:
Are you a strategic leader with a deep technical background and a passion for delivering best-in-class document management solutions? We’re seeking a Director of DMS Consulting Practice to drive business development, optimize operational processes, and lead transformational projects for top-tier Am Law 200 firms. Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prestigious law firms.
Spearhead business development efforts, expanding our footprint and service offerings.
Provide strategic leadership, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Design and implement advanced content lifecycle management solutions within DMS environments.
Conduct in-depth business analysis and develop customized client recommendations.
Manage complex, multi-year DMS projects, specializing in NetDocuments and iManage.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and stay ahead of industry trends and certifications.
Mentor consulting teams, fostering professional growth and excellence.
Represent eSentio at industry events and contribute thought leadership through articles and white papers.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years of consulting experience with large law firms (global firms preferred).
Leadership: Proven ability to lead business development efforts and manage billable consultants.
Expertise: Strong background in ECM consulting, DMS design, and implementation projects.
Technical Skills: Extensive experience with NetDocuments, iManage, and related integrations.
Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of law firm governance, security, and risk management.
Project Execution: 7+ years of leading large-scale technology implementation projects.
Communication: Exceptional writing, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
